erb Hauser, President, is a leading authority on the deployment of technology as a real estate asset.
Previously, as founder of Barnes Wentworth Inc., Mr. Hauser served as a technology consultant for numerous projects that successfully pushed the envelope in technology oriented real estate development. Most recently this included projects such as the Monterey Bay Military Housing Redevelopment at Fort Ord, a redevelopment valued at $1.3 billion of 2,400 homes for military families; Mr. Hauser provided the technology master planning for the projects owners, Clark Realty Capital and the Department of the Army.
Previously Mr. Hauser conducted scientific research and taught at universities and research centers. He has published articles in the world's leading scientific journals including Science. Mr. Hauser earned PhD and Masters Degrees from Rutgers University and a Bachelors degree from SUNY Albany.
Maia Aron, Chief Operating Officer, has both founded companies and built new departments within large companies. Ms. Aron was a founder of Barnes Wentworth, Inc. along with Herb Hauser. She was also a founder of Fusion, a marketing agency for high tech clients. In addition she served in executive positions at a number of major companies and organizations, where she built innovative and profitable new divisions.
These included: The American Society for Technion-Israel Institute of Technology, Members Only, TRG Communications, Young & Rubicam, and the Association of MBA Executives. Ms. Aron began her career as a newspaper reporter for The Wall Street Journal and The Record in Bergen County, NJ after earning a BS degree from Cornell University.
D aniel Pfeffer, Advisory Board Chairman, is well known for his expertise in all aspects of real estate development and finance. He is president of Midtown Equities LLC, where he oversees a portfolio of over 100 investment and development projects and several billion dollars of projects under development in real estate and other areas.
